Style 175 is a unique packing specifically manufactured for abrasive media. This packing is manufactured from a special polymer highly resistant to abrasion. The packing is incorporated with highly anti-frictional and inert Fluoro Polymer Lubricant which makes the packing very soft but compact and stable. By incorporating a selected run-in-lubricant, the packing becomes highly resilient.

Style 175 is not only capable of resisting abrasion but also is capable of safeguarding parent equipment from erosion which frequently takes place due to friction between sleeves and conventional hard packing. This packing requires minimum gland adjustment for extreme leakage free performance. Ultimately extending operational life minimizing maintenance cost.

Style 175 can be supplied in rope form as well as in preformed ring having single oblique cut. This packing can also be used as a anti extrusion / back-up ring with any other polymer or Fluoro Polymer packing.

Service Recommendations :
Extremely suitable for Ash Slurry, Fly Ash Water, Chemical Slurry, Viscous Chemical Mixed with solid particles, Coal Dust or any other Abrasive Media.

STYLE 660 is a high purity ( 99.00% to 99.9% carbon ), self lubricating and anti-frictional die molded, pre-formed gland packing ring manufactured from Flexible Pure Graphite Foil. These rings are manufactured in endless form or in 2 halves in oblique cut containing no oil or grease binder / additive of any kind.

STYLE 660 packing ring is totally free from any kind of contamination. For compression resistance and retention of size and shape the rings are manufactured with accurate specific density suitable to the working condition. These packing rings are having high thermal and dimensional stability and extremely low gas / fluid permeability, very low thermal expansion and extremely high chemical resistance. These rings are having low co-efficient of friction ( 0.08 to 0.1 against steel ) and hence, with continuous operation it polishes the stem / shaft and are also non abrasive in nature.

STYLE 660 Flexible Pure Graphite rings adjust to any irregularities under moderate pressure and have excellent resistance to pressure surge and thermal shock. These packing rings are chemically inert and also fire safe.

STYLE 660 packing ring is having inherent characteristics of basic graphite and hence having high degree of flexibility, compactibility, conformity and resiliency.

These rings expand radially to form perfect seal against the shaft and housing. Graphite is an extremely good thermal conductor and as such the packing dissipates heat away from the body leading to a longer life of the packing.

STYLE 660 is also manufactured for nuclear applications with slightly improved chemical properties. These packing's are stable even under exposure to high doses of nuclear radiation.

Super Heated & Saturated steam, Hydro Carbon, Fuel Oil, Lube Oil, All non oxidizing Liquids and Gases, Dyes and Chemicals.

STYLE 661 is also manufactured with Stainless Steel wire mesh reinforcement which helps in increasing the mechanical strength of the ring. Increase in mechanical strength enables the ring to withstand higher pressure. The metallic reinforcement also helps better bonding between the flexible graphite foils. Style - 664 is pre-formed gasket in Non Metallic and also in Metallic (Tanged) version having re-inforcement of (Plain / Perforated) SS Sheet depending on various working conditions.

These gaskets are manufactured from Pure Graphite Sheet having carbon content 99% to 99.9%. These are extremely suitable for high temperature and high pressure applications and are ready to use. They are dimensionally stable under extreme pressure surge and does not age or creep under hot or cold working conditions. "" Style 664 Pure Graphite Gaskets are also highly suitable for Cryogenic services.

Metallic version of "" Style 664 gasket i.e. with re-inforcement of SS sheet is highly suitable for extremely high pressure conditions which also increases mechanical strength of the gasket. More over this re-inforcement resists blow out at elevated temperatures and Pressure is maintained with air tight sealing during operation. "" Style 664 Pure Graphite Gasket re-inforced with SS perforated sheet have already proved its excellence as a much better substitute to serrated metallic gasket and Spiral wound gasket. Style 668 is a Expanded Pure Graphite Braided Gland Packing having purity of graphite of 99.5%. This packing is chemically inert, highly resilient with self lubricating low frictional co-efficient and having high thermal conductivity.

This packing is also treated with anti frictional graphite lubricant to accommodate self adjustment on tightening of the gland. This special lubricant also prevents seepage/leakage through the braiding. Further, sacrificial metal corrosion inhibitor is incorporated into the packing to prevent galvanic corrosion of the Sleeves/ shaft.

Style 668 enjoys the advantages of a braided packing having high Flexibility / Resiliency and also having all the characteristics of Flexible Pure Graphite i.e. the Packing does not contain oil, grease or binder of any kind. This packing dissipates heat properly as it is a good thermal conductor leading to its longer, leakage free life.

This is a specially designed PTFE Graphite packing for extreme dynamic conditions. This packing is having a hollow core of special Elastomeric compound designed specially for equal distribution of pressure and selfadjustment during operation. The composition of this Elastomer is designed in such a way so as to resist acid chemical (up to pH 3) and Alkaline applications (up to pH 12) including neutral fluid as far as working media is concerned. Over the Elastomeric core, a multi-layered PTFE Graphite Solid Yarn is braided as as a dense jacket. This jacket specially takes care of the reaction of the working media (pH range 0 - 14).
